After Care & Service
At Ormandy, we believe in supporting our customers throughout the lifetime of the bespoke products we manufacture for them.
Backed up by our care and service programme, including ongoing advice, service and maintenance or commissioning and spares, our after care team will ensure your vessel runs efficiently, saving you both money and inconvenience.
Accurate commissioning is crucial to enable equipment to be operated at its ultimate performance levels and ensures that you can be confident that it will perform to the standards, performance and efficiency specified for the vessel. Our engineers ensure your vessel is in full working order and you are completely happy with it before they leave.
- Service & Maintenance
Annual servicing ensures that not only is your vessel in good health but breakdowns are minimised or completely eliminated for the next 12 months as any potential problems can be identified and rectified during the service. This in turn will save both money and the inconvenience of going without hot water and heating waiting for an engineer to arrive.
- Breakdown & Repair
Whenever possible, we will try and get you up and running with a phone call from one of our experienced field engineers. Failing that, we will schedule one of our engineers to visit your site and resolve your issue.
Ormandy will confirm approximate delivery of spares at the time of quotation and/or order receipt. More specialist spare parts will be sourced on your behalf.
- Aquasave & AquaModule Spares
Spares are also available for these ranges, including all older discontinued versions. Major components include: gasketed or Brazed Heat Exchangers, control panels, controllers and PCB's, both primary and secondary pumps, control valves, actuator, temperature sensors, pressure relief valves and any other ancillary parts.
