LEAVING THE EU BRINGS UNCERTAINTY FOR LEGISLATION
Now that we are no longer part of the European Union, the onus will be on organisations to ensure that the product meets the requirements of the country where it will be sited.
Meet Jeremy, who ensures that our quality processes and products meet the high standards we set, not just for our customers, but for ourselves.

“I enjoy the daily challenges at Ormandy and enjoy working with the talented people that make up the Ormandy team.” says Jeremy.
We asked Jeremy what he thought about the future of the industry.
“Now that we are no longer part of the European Union, the onus will be on organisations to ensure that the product meets the requirements of the country where it will be sited.
Further uncertainty may be ahead of us as we go through the transition of old and outdated UK legislation currently in the process of being updated. Materials will require multi accreditations to allow them to be used on products made for both the UK and other countries”.
Every product at Ormandy is subject to rigorous quality controls with attention to every detail and all processes involved. Ormandy Rycroft Engineering hold both ISO 9001 and ISO 14001 accreditations.
Our commitment to quality, not only lies in what we manufacture, but first and foremost in the health, safety and development of our talented workforce, many of whom have been with Ormandy for over 20 years.
Our quality expands beyond our own systems as we extend the values we hold ourselves in the materials we source and the suppliers we work alongside.
Furthermore, we are committed to environmental and sustainable policies. We ensure that all our products run with the optimum energy efficiency through bespoke design and specification. We dispose of waste materials from the used oil from our machines to scrap metal in a safe and ecological manner.
Despite the uncertainties that lie ahead, one thing has always been top of Jeremy’s agenda . . . quality every time!
