Ormandy Awarded Constructionline Gold in Health & Safety Accreditation

Ormandy are now accredited to Constructionline Gold Standard, the highest level of attainment for health and safety within the UK construction industry for contractors and consultants.

We are proud to announce that we are now accredited to Constructionline Gold Standard, the highest level of attainment for health and safety within the UK construction industry for contractors and consultants.

Working tirelessly, Managing Director, David Dzimitrowicz, Quality Manager, Jeremy Duignan, and our Health and Safety Consultant, Chris Wreakes from SMSE Ltd (all pictured below), worked together to ensure that the business met the rigorous standards for quality, safety and compliance in this high-level, risk-assessed accreditation.

Both David and Jeremy have many years of experience within Ormandy Rycroft Engineering, along with invaluable support from Chris of Safety Management Services Europe Ltd, who have supported us with our health and safety management systems since 2025.

As well as the vital health and safety features, this accreditation also includes validation for environmental management, equality, anti-bribery and Acclaim SSIP (Safety Schemes in Procurement) certification.

It aligns with the Build UK Common Assessment Standard (CAS) and meets the strict vetting standards and compliance with Building Regulations 2010 and the Building Safety Act, making it the preferred or required accreditation for securing contracts with major buyers and top-tier suppliers as it reduces risks for clients.

The changing of industry standards in the build environment, means subcontractors like ourselves, can now meet the Common Assessment Standard and its building safety requirements as a minimum requested by top UK principal contractors.
