VIDEO CONFERENCE COMMUNICATION
COMMUNICATING HOT WATER DEMANDS IN A CHAOTIC WORLD
Video conferencing has become a normal way to communicate. So, what does that mean for the future of business meetings?
At Ormandy, our team have constantly kept in touch with customers, whether it's discussing an ongoing project or advising on a new HVAC development. It has allowed work to continue & projects to maintain tight, unmovable schedules.
With meetings held on a one-to-one basis or as a large group, in a reliable, easy to use medium, it has been a lifeline in a chaotic world.
This technology allowed us to conduct a virtual 'Factory Acceptance Test' on a skid packaged plantroom. Screen monitors viewed the entire plant with hand-held computer tablets focusing on specific sections, using microphone headsets to talk directly to the client in real time.
This was logistically easier and saved the customer time and money. So, are face-to-face meetings a thing of the past?
At Ormandy, the customer is at the forefront of everything we do. The huge benefits of face-to-face meetings, build trust, transparency and rapport with clients. This is why we go the extra mile! Literally!
Our philosophy is that as long as our customers necessitate it, we will continue with a balance of traditional & new.
